Esther Farr is an HR Technology and Data Analytics leader with a passion for designing and building human-centric solutions based on a deep understanding of how people interact with systems, processes and information. With over 15 years of experience in HR, Esther’s pragmatic optimism drives her to go upstream to solve problems and design high-impact, sustainable people analytics and technology solutions.
Esther leverages her unique background in social anthropology by recognizing that human sense-making and belief systems drive how they interact with systems and processes, which then drives data output. Her passion lies in deeply understanding people and using those insights to continuously improve solutions.
Currently, Esther serves as the Director, People Analytics and Technology at Meridian Credit Union. In this role, she is building the data governance and technology infrastructure needed to deliver on integrated, dynamic people insights and intuitive, standardized people-related processes.
