Jimmy Tristovski

Jimmy is currently the Vice President, Talent Acquisition & People Operations at Penn Entertainments’ Interactive subsidiary (Score Media & Gaming / Penn Interactive). He currently heads up Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Analytics, and Employment Branding.

Jimmy’s passion has always been engraved in entrepreneurship, leadership, and tech. Intertwining these three passions has been his life work. His career progression has led him down a path where he’s helped build and lead multiple companies from a people perspective to achieve organizations goals. His philosophy as a leader of an organization is to build an environment that is free of politics, creating a space where ideas flow freely, and differences of opinions are encouraged to grow its people.

Jimmy has vast experience consulting for (and working within) some top companies such as Royal Bank of Canada, CareerBuilder, General Motors, Top Hat Inc., Assembly Inc., Score Media & Gaming, and now a part of the Penn Entertainment family. His work has led to significant growth, funding, and acquisitions amounting to ~$2.45 billion USD.

Jimmy attended the University of Windsor and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours in Business Administration) and Applied Information Technology. He also holds multiple certifications in People Analytics.

Interests and hobbies include travel, wilderness adventures (camping, hunting, fishing, in the wild North of Canada), music, building things, and every sport you can think of.
