Dr. Kowske is the Senior Director of Talent Analytics & Insights and Workforce Planning at Boston Scientific, empowering talent decisions at-scale and enabling proactivity in the face of ever-changing business conditions. Prior to her decade of leadership in People Analytics, Dr. Kowske led teams to deliver stronger employee engagement as well as coached leaders for higher performance.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Kowske has researched every aspect of the employee lifecycle including employee experience and performance, leadership, ethics, diversity, and culture. She is the co-author ofthe book RESPECT: Delivering Results by Giving Employees What They Want. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development and a Master’s in Education from the University of Minnesota.
