As a professional who had the opportunity to experience different countries and cultures, my journey in Total Rewards and Compensation Strategy has been marked by dynamic shifts and continuous growth.
Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at a vibrant organization, I spearhead strategic initiatives encompassing compensation, equity, benefits, HR systems, and analytics at the enterprise level. My primary objective revolves around fortifying employee retention while leveraging communication tools to foster a culture of awareness and engagement.
At goeasy, one major achievement of mine was creating and launching a Total Rewards Statement dashboard for the entire company. This tool integrates all components of an employee’s package and links to various data sources with little to no manual input required.
Prior to this role, I gathered over 15 years of experience as a compensation expert for multinational enterprises. Through this tenure, I sharpened my skills in flexibility, agility, and the precise engineering of total rewards processes. Along this path, I’ve had the privilege of receiving numerous awards and advancements, which I attribute to the support of my respectedcolleagues and influential leaders.
Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, I served as a professor in an MBA program, where I delivered lectures on Compensation & Rewards as part of a comprehensive HR curriculum.
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from a prestigious university, and several certificates in the HR realm. Outside of the professional environment, soccer has been an enduring passion and source of joy throughout my life.
